1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any tour, activity, or service through Attractions4us (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.



2. Role of Attractions4us (Operator & Reseller)
Attractions4us operates in two capacities:

(a) Tour Operator:
For certain tours and experiences, Attractions4us is the direct operator and provider.

(b) Reseller / Agent:
For other products, Attractions4us acts solely as a reseller or booking agent for independent third-party suppliers.

The role of Attractions4us for each booking will be indicated on the product page or voucher.



3. Third-Party Supplier Disclaimer
When acting as a reseller, Attractions4us does not own or control third-party services and is not responsible for their performance, safety, or delivery.

All third-party services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier.



4. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment and issuance of a voucher. Customers must review all booking details carefully.



5. Voucher Responsibility
Customers must read and follow all instructions on their voucher, including meeting point, time, and contact details.

Failure to follow voucher instructions will result in a no-show and is non-refundable.




6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All bookings are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled activity
  • Certain products are non-refundable at all times, as clearly stated at booking
  • Refund eligibility depends on the product and supplier

No refunds will be issued for:

  • No-shows
  • Late arrivals
  • Missed departures
  • Failure to follow instructions

For Attractions4us-operated tours, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion and subject to availability.



7. Changes, Delays & Cancellations
Attractions4us or its suppliers may modify, delay, or cancel services due to weather, safety, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.

If a service is canceled by us or a supplier, customers may be offered a reschedule or refund, as applicable.



8. Assumption of Risk
Participation in tours and activities involves inherent risks. By booking, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.



9. Liability Disclaimer

For Third-Party Tours:
Attractions4us is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers.

For Attractions4us-Operated Tours:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attractions4us is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.



10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Attractions4us is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

Attractions4us shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Travel expenses
  • Parking fees
  • Accommodation costs
  • Missed flights or connections
  • Loss of time or enjoyment



11. Customer Responsibility & Conduct
Customers must:

  • Arrive on time (late arrivals are considered no-shows)
  • Follow all safety instructions
  • Comply with local laws

We reserve the right to refuse service without refund to anyone who is disruptive, intoxicated, or unsafe.



12. Health & Fitness
Customers confirm they are physically fit to participate in the booked activity.



13. Travel Insurance
Customers are responsible for obtaining travel insurance. Attractions4us is not liable for losses that could have been insured.



14. Photo & Video Release
By participating, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during tours for marketing purposes without compensation.



15. Pricing & Errors
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected bookings.



16. Payment & Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to cancel bookings suspected of fraud or unauthorized transactions.



17. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact Attractions4us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in legal action.



18. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.



19. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All website content, including text, images, videos, logos, and design, is the property of Attractions4us or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.



20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
