- Welcome guests and answer questions in English and Spanish.
- Check reservations, scan tickets, and guide guests to the right departure.
- Organize boarding lines and coordinate with captains and crew.
- Help with schedule updates and keep the guest area ready for the next trip.
What you’ll bring
- Comfortable assisting guests in both English and Spanish.
- Reliable, organized, and calm when departures get busy.
- Comfortable using a phone or tablet for reservations and check-in.
- Ready to work outdoors at docks and boat departure sites.

What you’ll do
- Create short videos, photos, reels, and stories featuring our tours and boat experiences.
- Help plan posts for Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels.
- Draft captions, help with community replies, and track how posts perform.
- Coordinate with the on-site team to capture departures, destinations, and guest experiences.
What you’ll bring
- An eye for a good story and an interest in travel and hospitality.
- Familiarity with social platforms and basic photo or video editing.
- Clear writing, good organization, and a willingness to learn.
- English and Spanish content skills are a plus. Personal or school projects are welcome.
