Who we plan for

Booking for a crowd is a different job than booking for two, and we treat it that way. We arrange group experiences for corporate teams (offsites, client entertaining, conference add-ons, holiday parties), family reunions and multi-generational trips, schools and youth groups that need clear logistics and supervision-friendly plans, bachelor and bachelorette parties looking for a standout day or night, and large families traveling together who'd rather not herd everyone through a dozen separate checkouts.

There's no fixed minimum to talk to us, but groups generally start around ten guests — the point where a custom plan and a group rate start to make real sense. If you're not sure your party qualifies, reach out and we'll tell you straight.

You book with confidence. Once you're happy, we lock it in. Most experiences confirm instantly, many offer free cancellation, and you'll have a real person to call right up to (and during) the day itself.

Giving us a little lead time helps, especially for private departures, charters, and peak-season dates — but if you're working on a tight timeline, ask anyway. We'll tell you what's possible.

Is there a minimum group size?

There's no hard minimum to ask, but custom planning and group rates generally make the most sense from around ten guests up. If your party is smaller, you can still book any experience directly from our catalog — and you're always welcome to contact us with questions.

Which destinations can you arrange group experiences in?

All twelve of our destinations: New York City, Miami, Key West and the Florida Keys, Fort Lauderdale, Niagara Falls, Tel Aviv, Las Vegas, Washington DC, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago, and Los Angeles. We can also build multi-stop itineraries that combine several experiences in a single city.

How far in advance should we book?

Earlier is better, especially for private departures, charters, and peak travel dates, since availability and group pricing depend on what's open. That said, we handle shorter timelines too — send your dates and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Can you put together a custom itinerary with several experiences?

Yes. Stringing together multiple experiences — say a cruise, a guided tour, and a featured attraction across a day or a weekend — is one of the things we do most. Share what you have in mind and we'll build a plan around your group, your pace, and your budget.
